Shaaban... Stay Fit and Healthy, physical and spiritual... da challenge...

Its Shaaban alredi... and my mission to lead a "tawadhu'" Rajab remains not fully accomplished yet...

My Shaaban mission is yet to be rolled-out!...

Yezzza, on another note, im serious of this Shaaban to look back to my past, analyze my current on-going life and steward my future base on the resolution i will make out of the findings from the above 2 steps.

To start with, i truly believe, it has to start from my "stomach"... Although it is just an organ that physically seems affecting my physicals, but to me, this part of body also plays a big role in determining other aspects of me... (i.e. my self drive, my spirit, my soul...)

As i notice, when my tummy is empty, my heart and soul will be fed easily...
Empty tummy benefits me from many angles. That is my 1st FINDING~~~

Theoretically,...
1) My mind will be less occupied from thinking of bfast, lunch, tea break etc2... and wouldn't be bothered for lunch dates/socializing/chitchatting sessions...
2) Hence, i will be having more time that can be used to focus on my core work/life focus... and will be more alert and mindful of what im doing / undergoing...
3) Also means tht i will be saving more time from toilet visits, pantry visits, stalls/food outlet visits...
4) Extra time can be utilized for extra/longer hours for pre and post solah activities... i.e. reciting Quran, self reflection...
5) Fasting also means = sleepy-neSS... hence, i will tend to plug on my headphone for musics as my last resort to overcome it.(which my greatess silly weakness is to listen to musics...i hardly sustain my interest when listen to musics).

With this little adjustment on my routines, i believe that i will see bigger changes in my life (physically, mentally, spiritually...)...insyaAllah...
